Small gestures make a difference, the extraordinary is embodied in a small moment; at least that is what the history books say. We start with the academic preparation of the faculty with what we have learned, and everything that follows is our own creativity, united by the fear of becoming a simple monologue.

That is where we find ourselves, in the eternal resistance of plasticised exile. It is impossible to follow the tightrope walker's wheel without having stumbled through life, that life which, from our perspective, seems so exceptional. The difference, the richness we generate through the path each of us has followed, is what draws us to Callejón Zollo.

Naroa's minimalist strokes, Aitziber's frozen nature, Rosa's provocative gestures, and Ibai's organic expressions may be the quickest and most concise way to define our works; the windstorms that will land in the Galería Aérea.

It may seem pretentious to talk about the exceptional. But if we refer to shared experiences, to common ground, there is enough raw material to talk about love. Love of Art, that feeling that Fito nurtured, infecting us with the inevitable need to create. "Maitasun Batalá" is what was conceived twenty-five years ago and today returns, as if it were nothing.
